What exactly does RoutePilot do?
It watches incoming delivery offers and, based on filters you set (minimum pay, distance, pay-per-mile, and more), can grab qualifying offers automatically — so you spend less time swiping and more time driving.
How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with a time-limited free trial, no card required, so you can try real filters and auto-grab before deciding to subscribe.
What happens if I buy another plan while one is active?
Your remaining days carry over — a new purchase adds its days on top of what you already have, instead of resetting your clock. Lifetime is the one exception: once you own it, there's nothing left to add.
What payment methods are supported?
Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe are live today. Bitcoin via NOWPayments is supported in the codebase but temporarily disabled while we finalize minimum-payment handling.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Plans never silently auto-renew — access simply ends after the days you purchased. Because access is granted instantly, purchases are generally final; see our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions.
What happens if I dispute a valid charge?
Please contact us first — we're glad to help. Filing a chargeback on a valid purchase instead of reaching out results in immediate, permanent loss of access per our Terms.
