Terms of Service
Welcome to RoutePilot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and RoutePilot governing your use of the RoutePilot mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"). Creating an account or using the Service means you agree to these Terms — please read them.
1. Who Can Use RoutePilot
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service.
2. Your Account
RoutePilot is account-based, not device-based — you sign in with an email/password or Google account via Firebase Authentication. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Keep your information accurate, and don't run multiple accounts to farm extra trials or dodge a suspension.
3. What the Service Actually Does
RoutePilot helps you evaluate and respond to gig delivery offers according to rules you configure (minimum pay, distance, pay-per-mile, and more), optionally using Android's Accessibility Service to read on-screen offer text from a supported delivery app. You're responsible for how you use it and for following the rules of any delivery platform you use alongside it. RoutePilot is independently built and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any delivery platform.
4. Free Trial
New accounts may receive a time-limited free trial. We can adjust trial length or eligibility at any time, and reserve the right to decline a trial to accounts we believe are abusing the offer.
5. Subscriptions, Payments & Stacking
- Paid plans are monthly, quarterly, biannual, annual, or a one-time Lifetime purchase that never expires, as shown at checkout.
- Payments are handled by our processors — Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and NOWPayments (cryptocurrency, currently unavailable — see below). By purchasing, you authorize the charge.
- If you buy a new plan while a previous one is still active, the new plan's days are added on top of your remaining time rather than resetting your access from that moment — you keep everything you already paid for.
- Once an account holds a Lifetime plan, no further purchases are needed or permitted — the account already has permanent access.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change over time; a change never retroactively affects a plan you've already purchased.
- Cryptocurrency payments via NOWPayments are temporarily disabled while we finalize minimum-payment handling; this may be re-enabled in the future without changing these Terms.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
7. Fair Use & Fraud Prevention
Don't misuse the Service — that includes reverse engineering it, reselling or sharing access, filing fraudulent disputes, or working around payment. We may suspend or permanently close accounts we reasonably believe are engaged in fraud, abuse, or chargeback abuse, without a refund. A dispute or chargeback filed against a valid, completed purchase — rather than contacting us first — can result in immediate, permanent loss of access.
8. No Guarantees
The Service is offered "as is." We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any specific level of earnings — results depend on factors outside our control, including offer availability and platform behavior.
9. Limits on Our Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, RoutePilot won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at whatever you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Ending Access
You can stop using RoutePilot whenever you like. We may suspend or end access for a violation of these Terms or for any other lawful reason.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
